When Balak heard that Balaam had come, he went out to meet him to the City of Moab, which is on the border of the Arnon, which is in the utmost part of the border.and upon hearing that Balaam arrived, Balak came out to meet him in the city of Moab which is over the boundaries of Arnonᵃ which is out of the part of the boundaries.
