“Keep silent before me, islands, and let the peoples renew their strength. Let them come near, then let them speak. Let’s meet together for judgment.

a εγκαινιζο to be inaugurated, committed. The first occurrence of this word in the LXX is in Deut 20:5 where a man with a new house does not join the battle because he wants to go ενεκαινισεν his new house lest he die in battle and another man εγκαινιει it. The sense is to inaugurate or dedicate something as being own by, a possession of someone, a lord. Like taking claim.
b αλλασσω is frequently used for the changing of attire, to be altered from one form of appearance to another..Gen 31:7 Laban ηλλαξεν (changed) Jacob's wages ten times, Gen 35:2 Jacob commanded his household to castout their idols, purify themselves and αλλαξατε their arraies
