Is 26:18
We have been with child. We have been in pain. We gave birth, it seems, only to wind. We have not worked any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.in belly we conceived and travailed and gave birth. The spirit of your salvation we made upon the earth but the ones dwelling upon the earthª will fail
———
a uses of ενοικεω see Romans 8:11, Col 3:26, 2Tim 1:14.. all contrast that which dwells IN YOU where here it refers to people who dwelling UPON the earth... like Jesus distinguishes "that which is flesh is flesh and that which is BORN of spirit is spirit" (John 3:6)
