a εωσφορος is the strange word for which we get "Lucifer" from Jerome's translation into Latin but it is important to distinguish it from πρωινος which does mean " morning star" and appears in Rev 2:28 & Rev 22:16 and 12 other times in the LXX (Hos 6:4, 13:3, !Kgs 11:11, Ex 29:41, 4Kgs 16:5, 2Chr 31:3, Nm 28:23, Gn 49:27, 1Rsd 5:49, 1Eds 1:12, Jb 38:12 and Lv 9:17.) literally the bearer of "eos" (dawn/until) BUT NOT THE BEARER of phos (light)
