Is 11:14
They will fly down on the shoulders of the Philistines on the west. Together they will plunder the children of the east. They will extend their power over Edom and Moab, and the children of Ammon will obey them.
And they will fly away in foreign ships and together they will plunder the sea those from the eastern places of the rising sun and Idumea and they shall first cast their hands on Moab, but the sons of Ammon will be the first to obey.
