Ἄρσεν (neu. acc. sg.) is not in gender agreement with υἱὸν (mas. acc. sg.), so it is not she gave birth to a male son, but rather appears to be an allusion to Is. 66:7: Before she goes into labor, she gives birth! / Before her contractions begin, she delivers a boy [LXX: ἄρσεν]! (NET).
