Jas 2:11
For the one who said, “Do not commit adultery,”* also said, “Do not commit murder.”* Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do commit murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.[a]

a You don't have to commit both to become a transgressor. This is not a weird non-sequitur admonishing people who may think its okay to murder if you don't commit adultery, but obvious examples of laws where breaking either without breaking the other will make you a transgressor.
