a Does Acts 13 mark the introduction of a new author, from one who did not know Saul personally, to one who knew him as Paul? The first half of Acts (1-12) focuses on the Acts of the Disciples. The second half (13-28) shifts to the Acts of Paul. Before 13:9, Barnabas is billed always before Saul. After 13:9, Paul is always billed before Barnabas. In the Byzantine text, the spelling of Moses is Μωσῆς in the first half (Acts 3, 6, 7), but Μωϋσῆς in the second half (Acts 13, 15, 21, 26, 28).
