Possibly coined from Lv. 18:22 LXX. It was a 1000 years from the written Torah before the Rabbis wrote commentary on the Torah and on what the Leviticus verse tried to convey. Unlike the writers of the New Testament, the Rabbis in their commentaries never claimed to be inspired men, so if Paul was reaching to Leviticus (Laws that he states are dead to us; Rom. 6:14, 7:6, 2 Cor. 3:6, Gal. 2:21, 3:23-25, 5:14) to compound words, he was an inspired man quoting from dead laws and from uninspired men from the Rabbinic tradition with how they interpreted Leviticus 18:22 with what was one of SEVERAL interpretations they were never unanimous in agreeing on.
