In the only occurrence in our literature, probably better to read "hated" rather than "hateful" (which could be misunderstood in the sense of being full of hate towards others). Otherwise "στυγητοί, μισοῦντες ἀλλήλους" would redundantly mean "full of hate & hating each other" (Titus 3:3). But probably Paul means "arousing hate in others", i.e. "hated ones" or simply "hated". Thus, "hated & hating each other".
